The Birth of a New House Church at Living Seed Fellowship

Today, as we celebrate Resurrection Day 2026, we are witnessing the birth of a new House Church at Living Seed Fellowship.
This is a joyful and deeply meaningful moment for our church.
From the Kyrgyz House Church, a new House Church—the Amazon House Church—is being established.
Just as a family raises and sends out a new family, we are seeing a beautiful picture of spiritual life being extended and multiplied.
What began as one House Church is now becoming two, and we give thanks to God for this grace.
We invite everyone to celebrate this special occasion with joy. Let us bless and support this new House Church
so that it may continue to grow, bear fruit, and be used for God’s kingdom.
The House Church commissioning will proceed as follows:
Shepherd Commissioning Order
1. After the testimony, Pastor Cho will announce that we will proceed with the Shepherd Commissioning.
2. After his testimony, Tim will stand to the left of Pastor Cho facing the congregation, and Kristin will come forward and stand next to Tim.
3. Pastor Cho will ask the two candidates three questions from the Shepherd Covenant:
1) Will you make a list of VIPs and pray for them faithfully?
2) Will you pray at least four days a week, for at least 20 minutes, and call each member by name?
3) Will you read the Bible or do your QT at least four days a week?
4. The two will respond, “Amen.”
5. The two will kneel, and Pastor Cho will lay hands on them and pray. The congregation will join in prayer,
and Elder Jung will conclude with a representative prayer.
6. The two will stand and face the congregation, and Pastor Cho will declare that they are now Shepherds.
7. Elder Jung will present the certificates of appointment to them.
8. The congregation will have a time to present gifts to the two.
9. The two will give their greetings and return to their seats. The congregation will stand and applaud until they are seated.
